Students get fit!

HOPE class has been working on some conditioning exercises that involve health and skill-related factors. Along with enjoying the beautiful weather, the students have performed power jumps, push-ups, various planks, bear crawls, partner reaction sprints, pro agility shuttle, 100-yard dash, quarter and half-mile run/walk. These movements develop and test power, reaction time, agility, muscular endurance and strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.
