The overall goal of the Hustler cross-country program is to provide a supportive environment where young men and women can grow as student-athletes. Runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate. Each year we challenge the runners to be the one others can depend on when things get difficult. Our training programs are designed so each runner can improve and learn the values of hard work and self-discipline. The coaching staff hopes that the runners learn to love running and that it becomes part of their life after they leave Melbourne Central Catholic.
