Dynamic and integral to the MCC experience, our athletic program provides meaningful learning opportunities that help participants develop habits, attitudes, and ideals necessary for ethical competition. Stressing dignity, integrity, humility and tenacity, the program teaches life-long lessons for personal growth like sportsmanship, teamwork, ethical behavior, perseverance, dedication, loyalty, self-discipline, pride, cooperation, responsibility, and leadership.

Gaby Graefe
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Gaby is a certified Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine, a certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a certified Physical Therapist Assistant, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Central Florida.
She began her career immediately after graduating from Eau Gallie High School by working in their strength and conditioning programs while pursuing her degree. Since 2021, she has served as a Personal Fitness Trainer at Crunch Fitness and, since 2023, as a Rehabilitation Technician at Holmes Regional Medical Center. A former soccer standout at Eau Gallie, Gaby also coached with Space Coast United Soccer Club from 2018 to 2023.
