College Partnerships
MCC partners with Florida Tech to allow qualified juniors and seniors to begin their college career while enrolled in high school. This collaboration enables MCC students to enroll at Florida Tech and earn up to 18 credit hours at no additional tuition cost. MCC students attend classes during the school day on the Florida Tech campus in collaboration with their traditional high school classes at MCC. Students may use Florida Tech credits to fulfill MCC graduation requirements.
MCC partners with Barry University to allow qualified juniors and seniors to begin their college career by taking college-level theology courses while enrolled in high school. This collaboration enables MCC students to enroll at Barry University and earn up to 12 credit hours at no additional tuition cost. MCC students attend classes on MCC's campus during the regular school day.
Entrance requirements include an A in theology coursework, a theology faculty recommendation, and an SAT minimum of a 440 in Math and 440 in Evidence-Based Reading and Writing. We also accept comparable ACT scores (Composite 19).
