The athletes at Melbourne Central Catholic must abide all rules, regulations, and procedures set forth by the Student/Parent Handbook, the Athletic Department, and the FHSAA. Each athlete will be held responsible for their behavior before, during, and after any practice or competition. A student-athlete is representing Melbourne Central Catholic at all times.
In order for a student-athlete to legible to participate in a practice or competition, he/she must adhere to the attendance policy. Any student reporting to school after 9:40am or leaving before 1:00 pm will be considered ineligible to participate in any extra-curricular activities that day.
Please dress appropriately when traveling to away athletic events, Usually this means wearing your school uniform or dress up wear, wearing your spirit clothing, or your uniform. Please do not wear hats that are not MCC related, gentlemen refrain from wearing earrings and excessive jewelry.
Detentions are a serious issue at Melbourne Central Catholic. If a student-athlete cannot behave in school, then actions will be taken to correct this. There is a code of conduct in the Student Handbook explaining the penalties for misbehavior and breaking of rules.
