December 17, 2013Congratulations to the MCC Speech and Debate team for an outstanding performance in Public Forum on Saturday, December 14 at Hagerty High School in Oviedo.
All four teams finished in the top 13 with three teams finishing in the top seven. The teams of seniors Nicholas Crepeau and Christianna Vinton-Carree; senior Nealy Kehres and sophomore Trevor Mills; and sophomores Peter Wilkie and Aaron Blaylock finished third, fifth and seventh respectively with a record of 9 wins and only three losses.
The team competes again in February for a chance to attend the nationals in Chicago. Way to go!
