MCC is
a ‘Cool School’
MCC won Fox
35’s “Cool School” of the Week contest! We
will be featured on Fox 35’s Morning Show on December 3. Their crew will be
here to highlight our terrific students and programs. More details will follow.
Mass Offering
Each month at the school-wide liturgy a “collection” is taken. The
offering is then given to a worthy local cause selected by the students, or
faculty. This Wednesday’s collection (Grand’s Day mass)will be donated to the funding
of the building project to be undertaken by our Jamaican Mission Team.
In mid February 17 MCC students and 5 chaperones will go on a week- long
Mission trip to rural Jamaica. A major component of this trip involves
constructing a home for a needy Jamaican family. The students themselves,
through donations, pay for the materials to build the structure. While not all
of our students can actually be on the Mission team they can all be a part of
the Mission. This is an opportunity for our whole school community participate.
Encourage your student to put his/her Faith into Action!
