College Scholarships

Scholarships are offered by various college/universities, corporations, local and regional businesses, and private organizations.

Bright Future Scholarship

The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program establishes three lottery-funded scholarships for Florida high school graduates who demonstrate high academic achievement and enroll in eligible Florida public or private postsecondary institutions

In December of a student's senior year of high school, the guidance office will coordinate the submission of the Bright Futures Scholarship application for review by the State Department of Education's Bright Future's Office. Seniors will begin receiving confirmation of their eligibility for this scholarship during spring.

College Representative Visits

Juniors and Seniors are invited to meet with College Representatives during their visit to Central Catholic. Passes can be obtained in the Guidance Office 24 hours in advance.
