Business Ethics

 (Invitation Only)  Students who are asked to compete with the business ethics team practice and compete against other high schools in a team format.  The students focus and analyze solutions to business ethic problems. 

Chef’s Table

The Chef’s Table serves a feast of functions such as: Gourmet Catered Lunches, Thanksgiving Family Dinner Drive, Cake Off contest with $$$ prizes, our own MCC recipes in an MCC cookbook, Professional Chef demonstrations, cooking lessons and much more.  Chef’s Table invites anyone and everyone to join the fun, food, and function!   In our inaugural year, 2007, we were awarded the Outstanding Achievement Club Award.

Engineering Club

The MCC engineering club takes on engineering challenges and participates in engineering related activities as determined by its members.  Past endeavors include model rocketry, robotics and JETS competitions.  Membership is open to all students with interest in engineering, regardless of math or science level.

Future Business Leaders of America

FBLA is a business career interest group for entrepreneurs.  The group is designed to introduce and provide networking opportunities for those interested in a career in the Business World. 

Technology Team

The Hustler Technology Team is dedicated to serving the technological needs of the MCC community through student involvement and the learning of today’s technology.
